VACATION LOT SALES

Skyline Real Estate & Land Improvement, Inc. was founded in 2010, as a venture to sell vacation properties in Alpine Lake Resort in Terra Alta, West Virginia. Located just west of Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, Alpine Lake Resort provides an affordable, quieter, more peaceful alternative to the pricey resort properties of Deep Creek. The varieties of property available at Alpine Lake are amazing - from lake view properties, to wooded properties, to mountainside properties, to open lots. Homes can be built on these properties, or they can be bought and remain unimproved, just to give you property holder status and make you eligible for the many amenities the resort has to offer.

VACATION HOME RENTALS

In 2012 we purchased our first home at Alpine Lake, A Serene Cabin, and opened it to the public as a vacation rental in 2013. All rental bookings are handled through the friendly folks at Clutter Realty.
